Useful Information
Standard price: £32,995 including delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training.
The MezzHD 1000kg mezzanine lift is a simple, robust, and versatile mezzanine floor lift. Built to handle up to an impressive 1000kg, this heavy duty goods lift optimises usable storage space and streamlines operational efficiency in warehouses and industrial setups with heavy or bulky loads.
Our heavy duty goods lifts are designed and manufactured in the UK with a typical 4-week lead time. Customers will also benefit from free site assessments and a choice between standard or completely bespoke designs. All our goods lifts are fully compliant with UK and European Legislation and come with UK-wide operator training and a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
Heavy Duty Mezzanine Goods Lift Uses
With a standard platform size of 1500mm x 1500mm, the flexibility of our MezzHD 1000kg goods lift ensures it is suitable for most working environments. However, as all our lifts are designed and manufactured to order, bespoke platform sizes are easily available.
A heavy duty goods lift from Penny Engineering could be used for:
- Palletised goods
- Trolleys & cages
- Construction materials, tools & equipment
- Bulk packaged goods
- Machine parts
- Product deliveries
- Wheelie bins (domestic & commercial)
- General storage
Transporting Palletised Goods
Heavy pallets present a significant challenge in many industrial and warehouse settings due to their weight, size, and bulkiness, which make handling difficult, slow, and potentially dangerous.
A heavy duty goods lift greatly reduces these risks by making it easy to transport loads between floors – enhancing productivity, optimising space utilisation, and ensuring safer working conditions.
