Servicing & Maintenance
Keep your lifting equipment safe, compliant, and performing at its best with expert support from the team that built it. Our tailored lifting equipment servicing contracts make it easy to stay on top of maintenance – minimising downtime, costs, and inconvenience.
Lifting Equipment Servicing & Maintenance Contracts
Every piece of lifting equipment we design, build, and install is engineered for maximum safety, longevity, and compliance. But like any hard-working machine, it needs regular maintenance to stay that way.
Our nationwide servicing contracts provide a straightforward solution for maintaining your lifting equipment, supporting you with direct access to expert engineers, preventative maintenance, and priority breakdown response.
What’s Included
Every lifting equipment servicing and maintenance contract is tailored to your equipment and how it’s used, but most include:
- 6-month / 12-month scheduled servicing
- On-site preventative maintenance & repairs
- OEM replacement parts
- LOLER Report of Thorough Examination as required
- Unlimited emergency breakdown cover
- Digital service records, reminders & certification
Our contract customers receive priority support if their equipment develops a fault. Where parts are required, we aim to get you up and running again within 48 hours (subject to availability). You will only pay for the service visits completed.
How It Works
Once you’re on a servicing and maintenance contract, everything’s taken care of:
- We track your service schedule and assign the job to a qualified engineer.
- We get in touch to arrange a date and time that works for you.
- We carry out the work at your site, complete the service, and sign off the equipment.
- We update your records, provide certification, and set reminders for next time.
We have over 10 engineers available across the UK, carrying a full stock of replacement parts so that in almost all cases, they can fix any issues on their first visit. At special request, we can travel worldwide to attend to our equipment, ensuring peace of mind for global customers.
LOLER Lifting Equipment Inspection Services
Alongside our lifting equipment servicing and maintenance contracts, we also carry out Thorough Examinations to meet your obligations under LOLER regulations. Interim and annual inspections are completed by qualified engineers and include full certification for your compliance records.

Yes. You can order spares through our team or via our online shop. If something needs replacing during a service visit, our engineers can usually supply and fit parts there and then – depending on the fault and availability of parts.
Your team should complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks as part of routine operations. This is essential for optimising performance and ensuring safety. We provide guidance during commissioning, and all equipment is supplied with the relevant manuals.
You can schedule LOLER lifting equipment inspection services separately or as part of your servicing visit. We typically carry these out every 6 months to ensure ongoing compliance with LOLER regulations.
In the UK, all lifting equipment is subject to the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER). LOLER lifting regs require that you must have lifting equipment thoroughly examined at least once every 12 months, ensuring it’s fit for purpose and safe to use.
LOLER inspections are not the same as routine maintenance and servicing. Routine maintenance typically involves checking and replacing worn or damaged parts, lubrication, updating time-expired components, topping up fluid levels, and making routine adjustments.
We offer maintenance training for some of our vehicle-mounted lifting equipment. Availability is limited – please contact us if you’d like to discuss this further.
Yes, we can refurbish and upgrade most models of our lifting equipment, including transferring vehicle-mounted cranes from an old vehicle to a new one, or providing a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul on a goods lift. All work is carried out quickly and efficiently by our highly skilled team.
Because we designed and built the equipment, we know exactly how to keep it performing at its best. We offer nationwide servicing, fast turnaround, and a level of technical understanding that third-party providers can’t match.
