Manager Chris and a few of his players visited our factory yesterday to show off their new shirt and to find out more about our business.

Dan Casey, Marketing Manager of Penny Engineering, explains the importance of community involvement:

“The impact that we have on the community is very important to Penny Engineering. As the largest employer of full-time posts in the local area, we are always keen to give back and encourage local projects.”

The visitors were given a tour of Penny Engineering by Managing Director, Robin Penny.

“It is important to demonstrate the opportunities that our business or other engineering firms can offer. We showed the team around the fabrication bays explaining what, why and how we create some of the products that we make. We also showed the team around our design office, this was to explain how our design engineers work on projects and to demonstrate the level of detail required to create certain products.” Says Robin.

The season doesn’t start for a little while yet, but we wish the team all the best and look forward to hearing how they get on.
